Daraz launched its Valentine’s Campaign with full fanfare, offering customers discounts as big as 70%. The month long campaign was channeled through multiple promotional outlets including Facebook, Radio, Offline Activation and their Website.
TrumpTree reached out to Dhaka Fm, our Radio partners for the campaign and designed a comprehensive plan to increase sales for Daraz’s Valentine’s campaign.
The Plan – TrumpTree arranged product placements for the campaign, having RJ’s strategically promote Daraz in line with the show’s theme and on going script.
Show’s like Love Guru were a pivotal part of the campaign, where the host Ehtesham aka Love Guru gave suggestions on how to shop for gifts for loved ones. Other shows such as GlamAddict, hosted by blogger Naziba Noushin & RJ Chhoa helped their largely female audience find the right gift for their partner.
The result- Our love triangle with Daraz and DhakaFm generated massive response from listeners. Daraz also created the unique coupon code – “Dhakafm14” which offered great discounts for their listeners on Daraz products and also served as a measurable KPI for the campaign.
TrumpTree has moved forward to carry similar campaigns with DhakaFm and Daraz for its “home appliances sale” since then.
